Learn awareness as well as verbal and physical strategies to protect yourself. Find a community that understands. Feel strong, safe and in control.
Get active, get social, have fun. Share a laugh with friends. Find lots of things you can do to look after yourself.
Learn safe boundaries and strategies. Practise focusing, anger management and self control. Be proud of who you are and what you can do.
We are also running free introductory sessions for organisations working with vulnerable people. This includes survivors of violence and trauma, people of all abilities, people with mental health challenges, refugees, children and young people in alternative accommodation and similar groups.
